TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the following Terms of Service (TOS) before commissioning me.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to order.
PayPal or VGen Invoices Only (No Venmo, Stripe, or Square at this time)
Payment is due upfront (Payment Plans arrangeable for orders over $300).
AI Generated Images or Stolen Refs/Characters will not be accepted.
Do NOT upload my work into AI systems, or “finish” a sketch with AI. Clients found using my work in AI systems will be blacklisted from future business.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless of Patron Status
I retain the right to use commissions for things such as commission samples, gallery examples, etc. If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know when ordering.
ARTWORK POSTING/SHARING POLICY
Please refrain from posting the finished version of your artwork to public platforms such as Bluesky, Tumblr, etc. until I’ve posted a “Public” version to my pages. If you’d like to share it to your page as well, please ask for a “Public” version of the file - as these are optimized for sharing and are made to prevent people from stealing the artwork you paid for!
You are more than free to share finished commissions with your friends/in places like Discord servers!
Whether sharing a private or public version of the file, please CREDIT me by linking to either my website or one of my public social media pages (such as Carrd, Bluesky, Tumblr, or Furaffinity).
Commissioners who don’t credit me when sharing my work may be blacklisted from future service.
COMMERCIAL LICENSING TERMS
Clients who wish to commission me for merchandise designs must inform me upfront (aka specify in the order form). Clients found using or selling my work without prior consent will be blacklisted from future business.
There are two types of Commercial Licenses: Content License, and Merchandise License
A Content License simply means you’re commissioning a piece for use as say, a PNGTuber or as a profile picture for your Twitch Page (just as an example). These usually do not come with extra upcharges, as while you may be monetizing said pages - you aren’t directly selling the artwork. In general you can use artwork of your characters to promote your streams, videos, etc. All I ask is for credit in the description or in the widgets on Twitch.
If you’re looking for something such as a YouTube banner or other marketing asset please let me know! That way I can scale them properly to your needs and save you the trouble!
A Merchandise License on the other hand is when you’re looking to commission a piece of artwork specifically to be sold. For example, you’re requesting a commission of your character to turn into stickers to sell, or you want to commission artwork to turn into a book cover or print.
These kind of commissions usually come with an additional 50-100% markup on the quote, as you are buying the rights to sell the artwork.
When ordering a commission with the intent to have a Merchandise License, please inform me on the order form! VGen commissions automatically have toggles for commercial licensing.
WHAT I WILL/WILL NOT DRAW
The following policies are general ranges of things I will/will not draw. If you have any questions or are wondering if your request is too much feel free to reach out and I’m more than happy to clarify.
Some of these are for my own comfort, so please do not push if I decline your commission request. Thank you!

NSFW/18+ Art
TF/Transformation Artwork
Light Gore, Blood, or Fantasy Violence
Furries, Mechs, Armor, and Humans!
I will NOT Draw:
Babyfurs/Adults Wearing Diapers
Scat, Urine, Vomit, Extreme Gore/Violence
Anti-LGBTQIA, Anti-Semitic, Anti-Islamic, or otherwise hateful material.
Pro-Trump, Political, Pro-Israel or artwork glorifying political figures.
NSFW/Kink Art involving Underage Characters
Depictions of Pedophilia, Zoophilia, Necrophilia, or Sadism
Depictions of Suicide, Mass Death, or otherwise distressful topics.
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS & GIFT PIECES
Commissioners who wish to remain anonymous when commissioning a piece should specify in the form. Otherwise they will be cited by name when being referred to in things like streams and public art posts.
Private Commissions are commissions that are worked on off-stream and include a 30% upcharge, as they are worked on outside of my usual hours. A private commission will NOT be posted to social media, used as a gallery sample, or shared in my Patreon Discord section, and will remain only between myself and the client.
If you have a commission that starts private but you’re open to it being posted publicly later down the line, please inform me when you are okay with it being posted. It will still have the upcharge due to the work hours policy, however I can prepare a public version of the file for sharing if so desired.
Gift Artwork commissions are accepted, and don’t necessarily need to be private (unless you want them to be). However, clients who are found using commissions to stalk/harass others will be blacklisted and blocked from future commissions.
If you would like a gift commission to be posted on a particular date/time please let me know. I can also tag the gift receiver if you’d like them to be surprised!
